We want you to be happy with your purchase. If that's ever not the case, we want to do what we can to make it right! As a boutique with limited quantities and ever-changing inventory, we offer the following return/exchange options:

Returns and Exchanges:

For full-priced items, we accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after delivery. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition."
Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
    • item does not show signs of wear or damage in any way
    • return must occur within 30 calendar days of the delivery date
    • must not be a special order or a custom order
All jewelry, sale items, holiday and seasonal items, and markdown items are FINAL SALE, and are not returnable.
If the item you are returning is not damaged or defective, and you are returning for other reasons, then you are responsible for the shipping expense of returning it.
If an item is received damaged or is defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. We will take care of the shipping expense to return that to us, and we will issue a refund or a store credit, per your preference. Please be aware that if we no longer carry the item, or if the item is out of stock, we may not be able to offer the option of replacing the product.

Holiday Shipping and Returns:

Shop early! Everyone may be subject to shipping delays this holiday season. While we always aim to process and ship orders in a timely manner, shipping windows may be extended, and we are unable to control or guarantee a specific delivery date.
Holiday Return Policy: Orders placed between 11/01/23 and 12/24/23 qualify for our extended holiday return policy. Returns on items purchased in this window will be accepted through 1/30/24.
Please remember that holiday items are excluded from returns or exchanges.
It's possible that processing returns and exchanges may take longer than anticipated during this time.
