OUR POLICY ON RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We want everyone to be happy with their purchase. That's for sure. Certainly, if you receive broken or defective products in your shipment, then we will make that right. But also, you may just decide that it is not right for you - maybe not the right color or size. We want to help you here as well.

On the other hand, we are a boutique store with changing inventory, so unfortunately, we can't offer an unlimited refund policy.

Sale items are FINAL SALE: Please note that all sale items are not returnable.

We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after delivery of full-priced product. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition." Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

  • does not show signs of wear or damage in any way
  • within 30 calendar days of the delivery date
  • must not be a special order or a custom order

If the item you are returning is not damaged or defective and you are returning for other reasons, then you are responsible for the shipping expense of returning it.

Please note that holiday items (included in our Holiday or Clemson Holiday Collections) are final sale unless the item is damaged or defective. 

If an item is received damaged or is defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. We will take care of the shipping expense to return that to us, and we will make the situation right by replacing the product, issuing a refund or a store credit. Your choice. Just remember that if we no longer carry the item or if we are out of stock, we may not be able to offer the option of replacing the product.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shop early! Everyone may be subject to shipping delays this holiday season. While we always aim to process and ship orders in a timely manner, shipping windows may be extended and we are unable to control or guarantee a specific delivery date.

Holiday Return Policy: Orders placed between 11/02/21 and 12/24/21 qualify for our extended holiday return policy. Returns on items purchased in this window will be accepted through 1/22/22. Please remember that holiday items are excluded from returns or exchanges. Processing returns and exchanges may take longer than anticipated.
